A large part of our struggle to overcome is not believing that God created every single life for His purpose...including you! Embrace your Creator. Accept your chosen position!

“For it was you who created my inward parts; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. I will praise you because I have been remarkably and wondrously made. Your works are wondrous, and I know this very well. My bones were not hidden from you when I was made in secret, when I was formed in the depths of the earth. SUPER SIMPLE SNACK

Crunchy chickpeas

My precious daughter has mastered this super simple and delightfully delicious snack! She says....

FIRST…deshell them. An easy way to do that is drain and rinse them. Then take a kitchen towel and spread them out. Put a different kitchen towel on top and roll them around with slight pressure. The shells will slide off themselves. It does take a few times but it is much easier!

THEN…Toss them in olive oil and put in the air fryer for 5 minutes at 390. Then drizzle a small amount of olive oil again and go for 5 minutes. Toss them. Then, one more time…drizzle a small amount of olive oil again and go for 5 minutes. Season and let rest for 5 more minutes.

These are a quick snack or a perfect salad topper… whichever floats your boat! It make your body healthier and mouth happier!!
