There is SO much going on, and sometimes we let the noise around us drown out that still, small voice of the Holy Spirit that has given us wisdom and direction through the character and nature of our good and faithful God!

Take some time to stretch with me...Girl..stretching is not cute nor is it a high-intensity weight burner, but it is exactly where we need to be to slow down and take care of ourselves. It is also a place where we can remember that because of Jesus, we can afford to be calm and do what He has shown us is best for our good and His glory!
