As you may have seen on one of my latest blogs, "I'm Fat Again: What I’ve Lost, Gained, and What’s Next for A Heart Refined Ministry," I have decided to go back to doing something I have LOVED to do: Studying health and wellness, sharing what I've learned, and working out with you!!! The only difference in this season is that I cannot do what I once could. It has taken me a very long time to embrace that, but now I have, and I am EXTREMELY excited to share this season with YOU!


God does not need you to be skinny or even healthy to serve Him. However, He does want to help you remove anything extra that interferes with His chosen plan for you. So, let's work on some of that together!! Let's eat well and exercise to the best of our ability, and talk about Jesus every chance we get! This video includes a 7-minute workout and a small devotional. It's the perfect combo for starting well!!
